Azurite is one of the rare crafting materials in Crimson Desert, required for upgrading accessories to higher tiers. Despite its rarity, it can be obtained from several sources.
How to Get Azurite in Crimson Desert
Azurite can be acquired in three main ways: buy it from shops, mine it from veins, or loot it from specific enemies.
Buying Azurite at Mineral Shops
The easiest method is to purchase the mineral from specialized stores. They become available after liberating House of Kern or Quarry Karin. At these locations you can buy up to three units of Azurite for 2.50 silver each.
Mining Azurite from Veins
The main Azurite deposits are found in the late-game regions, though a few nodes can also be located around Hernand. Make sure you have a pickaxe on hand for mining.
Obtaining Azurite by Defeating Hex Earth Swordsmen
While exploring the northeastern regions of Paivelle, you’ll encounter clay enemies—Hex Earth Soldiers and Swordsmen. Elite Earth Swordsmen have a high chance of dropping Azurite.
These foes roam between the Dead Fire Mountains, the Hex Sanctuary, and the Denn River. The areas are far from Hernand, so prepare for the journey.
Hex Earth Swordsmen are formidable opponents. For a comfortable fight, it’s recommended to upgrade your gear to at least tier four or five. Victory can yield up to two units of Azurite.
