In the game Pragmata, you can find 15 different types of weapons that can later be printed in the shelter to unlock them for your runs. The weapons are divided into four categories: Main, Attack Modules, Tactical Modules, and Defense Modules. Each of them provides a high level of protection against bots in its own way.
Most of the weapons cannot be missed, as they are easily found as you progress through the sectors. If you do miss something, you can always return to any sector and pick up what you missed. In most cases, the weapon will be marked as “NEW” and located in prominent places.

How to Unlock All Weapons in Pragmata
Grip Gun
- Acquisition method: Starting weapon.
- Description: Main module — a versatile energy weapon that consumes energy when fired, but recharges automatically.
Shockwave Gun
- Acquisition method: Found in the Energy Distribution Center of the Solar Power Plant sector.
- Description: Attack module, specializing in frontal suppression. Fires powerful shockwaves at close range, making it easier to stun enemies. Effectiveness decreases with distance.
Stasis Net
- Acquisition method: Found in the Energy Distribution Center of the Solar Power Plant sector.
- Description: Tactical module, firing a spherical electromagnetic net. When hit, the net expands, immobilizing enemies within its range for a short time. The duration of the effect depends on the target.
Riot Blaster
- Acquisition method: Found in the Trade District of the Mass Production Array sector.
- Description: Tactical module, firing arc-shaped concussion charges. The explosions deal damage and knock enemies back over a large area, temporarily stunning them for follow-up attacks or hacking.
Charge Piercer
- Acquisition method: Found in the Side Alley of the Mass Production Array sector.
- Description: Powerful attack module, firing armor-piercing charges. When fully charged, its power and penetration increase significantly. Effectiveness is not dependent on distance, making it an excellent weapon for hitting targets from afar.
Decoy Generator
- Acquisition method: Found in the Business District of the Mass Production Array sector.
- Description: Defensive module, creating a realistic holographic decoy that attracts enemy attention for a short time when deployed. The decoy itself does not deal damage.
Sticky Bombs
- Acquisition method: Found in the Environmental Simulation Laboratory of the Terracube sector.
- Description: Tactical module, firing sticky bombs that attach to targets. Attached bombs temporarily reduce the hack matrix and deal damage upon explosion. Effects can be cumulative.
Pulse Carbine
- Acquisition method: Found at the Entrance to Terracube in the Terracube sector.
- Description: Main module — a lightweight, easy-to-use weapon capable of fully automatic fire. This rifle prioritizes speed over power. Hitting an enemy’s weak point slightly accelerates overheating. Ammunition is replenished automatically.
Photon Laser
- Acquisition method: Found in the Soil Research area of the Terracube sector.
- Description: Powerful attack module, firing a concentrated photon beam. Mobility is reduced while firing, but damage increases the longer the beam is held on the target.
Drone Hive
- Acquisition method: Three bingo on Stamp Map #2.
- Description: Defensive module, deploying drones that automatically target and attack nearby enemies. You can switch between weapons while the drones are active.
Homing Missiles
- Acquisition method: Found at the Entrance to Mine in the Lunar Mine sector.
- Description: Attack module, firing powerful homing missiles that lock onto multiple targets during charging.
- Description: Its ability to hit multiple targets makes it ideal for crowd control.
Impact Barrier
- Acquisition method: Found in the Crane Yard of the Lunar Mine sector.
- Description: Defensive module, deploying a barrier that blocks some enemies and projectiles for a limited time. The barrier does not deal damage.
Code Generator
- Acquisition method: Three bingo on Stamp Map #3.
- Description: Tactical module, increasing hack damage. Hitting a target creates light blue OPEN nodes, dealing additional damage. Error nodes are also temporarily disabled.
Jackhammer
- Acquisition method: Complete the game and watch the credits.
- Description: Powerful melee attack module with limited range. Deals high damage, even if the target is not in an OPEN state. To deal an additional blow, perform another attack when the weapon flashes.
Hacking Mines
- Acquisition method: Three bingo on Director’s Board #04.
- Description: Tactical module, setting up mines that can be charged with hack nodes. Setting up additional mines links them together, expanding the area of effect (effects depend on the conditions at detonation).
Best Weapons in Pragmata
Overall Best Weapon: Jackhammer
The best weapon in Pragmata, without a doubt, is the Jackhammer. This is a heavy melee weapon that can also fire a powerful laser beam at enemies, and it still deals massive damage even if the enemy hasn’t been hacked. The only problem is that it won’t appear in your arsenal until you’ve completed the game and started post-game content.
Best Early Game Weapon: Shockwave Gun
If you’re looking for the best weapon for the early sectors of Pragmata, the ideal choice is the Shockwave Gun. Essentially, it’s an extremely powerful shotgun that’s most effective in close combat with bots, which happens very often. It’s not as good against flying drones, but if you need to take out a regular bot with one shot — it will do.
Best for Crowd Control: Stasis Net / Riot Blaster
When you’re surrounded by enemies and need a weapon to create space and gain time (e.g., for hacking), it’s helpful to use a combination of Stasis Net and Riot Blaster. The Stasis Net immobilizes enemies for a few seconds, preventing them from attacking, while the Riot Blaster works like a grenade launcher, knocking enemies to the ground. This gives you extra time to recover and clear the room.
