Completion of the Second Task
The second part of the task opens immediately after completing the first. To progress through the storyline, you need to trade goods with the refugee camp for a sum of 4500 Valley Bonds. To do this, open the “Regional Development” menu using the Y key on the keyboard and select the option “Outpost Management”. Choose any material from your storage in the cell on the right and trade it for the necessary amount.
After that, talk to Lucky Carrot again and upgrade the Central Redistributor. The upgrade opens the “Flexible Goods” tab, the price of which varies depending on the day and region. This system works almost like a real stock exchange: we buy cheaper, we sell more expensive. Talk to Lucky Carrot again and finish the quest.
