- Launch Arknights: Endfield and log in to the game.
- Open the Sync Menu (main menu).
- Go to “Settings”.

Why Arknights: Endfield Codes Don’t Work
There are a number of reasons why a promo code may not work. The most common situations that players encounter will be considered below:
- Input error. The promo code input field is case-sensitive, so the code must be entered strictly in the form in which it was received, with exact observance of uppercase and lowercase letters.
- Extra spaces. Spaces are considered by the system as separate characters. Check that there are no spaces before or after the promo code in the input line.
- Reuse. After the promo code has been activated, the reward is fixed for the account, and the code itself becomes invalid. It is impossible to use the same promo code again.
