How to unlock the Draw system
Save
The Draw system isn’t available from the start. First, finish the tutorial and complete the Act 1 quest “Shadow of Chaos.” During this quest you’ll meet a “Mysterious Statue” after learning item crafting. Talking to the statue nets you 8,000 gold and 10 Standard Hero Draw Tickets you can immediately spend on your first fighters and weapons.

Rerolling is straightforward:
Press ESC to open the main menu or character profile.
Head to the “Draw” tab and pick the banner you want.
Tap “1 Draw” or “10 Draws,” depending on how much currency you have.
