Finding the keycard for the “Tidal Coil” protected storage in ARC Raiders is one thing, but figuring out where to use it is the real challenge. At first glance, the door isn’t marked on the map. However, if you’ve already explored the room with secret documents nearby, the task becomes much easier. You’ll need both keycards—the one for the secret documents and the one for the protected storage—to access all the loot in these two rooms. Here’s how to reach the right spot and handle the tough security.
Where to use the keycard for the “Tidal Coil” protected storage
Save
Like other loot rooms in “Tidal Coil,” accessing the storage is behind another door. This time, it’s inside the room with secret documents. To get there, head to the port management building and climb to the top floor. Players also need the keycard for the secret documents to enter the second loot room, so don’t forget to carry both cards.
There are two ways to reach the upper floors. First, take the stairs at the base of the building, then walk through the passages to the control room upstairs. Alternatively, go up the stairs on the northeast side of the building, then use the internal stairs (left or right) to get to the upper levels.
Normally, this area is heavily guarded by “Glimmerwings,” “Comets,” and especially “Pulverizers.” The first path helps you avoid the “Pulverizer” patrolling the middle floors, but there’s another one upstairs. During night raids, up to three “Pulverizers” might be lurking here, so stay extra cautious.
Save
Clear the top floor first, then use the keycard for the “Tidal Coil” protected storage to open the first room. Inside, you’ll find a weapon case, several technical cabinets, and a medical bag. There’s also plenty of secondary loot in crates—look for “Roller” blueprints or a power slider (especially during night raids).
The door you need is in the far left corner of the first loot room. If you entered through the left (east) door, it’ll be right in front of you.

Open it with the keycard for the “Tidal Coil” protected storage, and you’ll find a great haul: weapons like the “Tempest” and “Lynx,” plus blueprints. We got lucky with 2 “Lynx,” 3 “Tempest,” a power slider blueprint, a “Venator,” and various random materials and meds.
Pro tip: If you don’t want raiders interrupting your loot, bring a barricade kit. Install it on doors to block outside access and collect everything in peace.
