The Sanctuary of Blessing in Crimson Desert is one of the locations the witch of wisdom, Eloven, tasks Cliff with cleansing. Completing the quest rewards players with the “Kuku Marney” helmet blueprint, making the puzzle well worth solving.
Where to Find the Sanctuary of Blessing
The Sanctuary of Blessing sits high in the western snow-capped mountains of the Hernand region. The spot is directly beneath the letter “E” in the region’s name on the map. The nearest fast-travel point is the Bottomless Nexus inside the Star-Storm Cave. From there, ride your horse down the long, winding road to the ice-covered sanctuary.
The area is afflicted by severe frost. Equip gear with frost resistance and stock up on appropriate consumables.
You can cleanse the sanctuary after meeting the witch Eloven in Chapter 5. Before tackling the puzzle, clear the area of Antumbra soldiers by reducing the liberation gauge on the left to 0%. Knock flying mages out of the sky with arrows, then finish them off in melee.
How to Solve the Puzzle
To solve the puzzle you must locate two Fusion Reactor Cores. The first lies along the path to the sanctuary. Climb the two stone staircases into the inner courtyard.
At the entrance you’ll see two passages lined with glowing stones. Enter the passage shown in the image above to pick up the first core. Hold it with Axiom Force and seal it inside the Kuku pot.
The second core is inside a large tower-like structure decorated with glowing stones. The entrance is blocked by bricks. To open it, light the stone lantern on the right of the doorway.
Once lit, the entrance opens and you can retrieve the second Fusion Reactor Core.
In the same room, a small vine-covered alcove hides a treasure chest. It drops the leather helmet of the “Fallen Kingdom” with solid stats and an Abyssal piece that boosts whirlwind-attack damage.
Now install the cores:
- Insert the round Fusion Reactor Core into the broken column and lock it in place by jumping onto the column and using Aerial Force Palm.
- Insert the cube Fusion Reactor Core into the main machine and secure it with a standard Force Palm.
Once both cores are in place the puzzle is complete and you’ll receive the “Kuku Marney” helmet blueprint.
