In Soulmask, proper nutrition is the key to boosting combat effectiveness and survival. Every dish belongs to one of five categories, and your character can simultaneously benefit from one dish of each category plus a sixth bonus from a cigar.
Best diet before 30 Mind Power
At this stage, the following set of dishes is recommended for maximum benefit:
- Staple: Quinoa Porridge (critical-hit damage +5%, body-development XP +100%, 20 min).
- Meat: Good Cured Beef (max health +100, attack +5, 20 min).
- Fruits & Veggies: Pumpkin Salad (max stamina +10, 20 min).
- Drink: Juice (poison resistance +10, 20 min).
- Indulgence: Fruit Wine (damage +3% and max fighting spirit stops decaying for 20 min). Alternative—Mescal (crit chance +3% with the same spirit-lock for 10 min).
Best diet after 30 Mind Power (30–60)
As your level rises, stronger recipes unlock. Your choice can depend on the task at hand.

- Staple:
- Seafood Quinoa (critical damage +10%, body XP +200%, 30 min)—perfect for leveling or boss fights.
