To find the Helm of Knowledge, you can complete the quest chain “Forbidden Knowledge” in Chapter 4. As part of this quest you’ll need to locate and enter the Scholastone Institute.

You can also go there on your own at any time. The institute is situated southwest of the Witchwoods in the southern part of the Hernand region.

How to obtain the Helm of Knowledge

The Helm of Knowledge itself is located on the second floor of the library, in the northernmost part of the Scholastone Institute.
