In the “Amber Alert” mission of Act II in Crime Scene Cleaner, barrels scattered around hide a secret. To claim the collectible CD, Kowalski needs to find a special gnome barrel and solve the basement puzzle. Here’s how.
How to solve the barrel puzzle

The trick is to go downstairs and line the barrels up in the same order as the beer taps above the bar. Leave the utility room, walk into the bar, and look at the four taps behind the counter. Memorize the sequence: Gnome – White – Red – Green.

Head back to the utility room and step into the previous corridor. Beside the door sits the gnome barrel you need. Pick it up, return toward the bar entrance, and look in the corner near the tap where you can fill a bucket: a lift is hidden there. Remove the yellow sign and the barrel blocking the way, stand on the platform with the gnome barrel, and press the down arrow to descend.
In the basement, still holding the gnome barrel, connect it to the leftmost pipe. Right beside the pipes stands a green barrel—place it on the rightmost pipe. That leaves the two middle slots empty.
The white barrel is on the cart to your left when facing the pipes. Grab it and set it next to the gnome barrel. The red barrel is buried under other barrels near the lift; fish it out and slot it into the last open spot between the white and green ones.

When finished, the order must match the taps exactly: Gnome – White – Red – Green.
