How to unlock Olaf’s Grand Exhibition

To start building Olaf’s splendid museum in your Valley, you must first officially welcome him to the village and complete a few of his friendship quests. After that, a new quest will appear in your journal, directing you to have a chat with the jolly snowman.
When you do, he’ll hand you the blueprints for the splendid museum. Open the furniture menu and place it anywhere in the village. Don’t worry—construction won’t cost you a single coin.
Scrooge mentions he’ll collect his fee in another way, but that’s not your concern.
Step inside and talk to Olaf. The interior is bigger than it looks from the outside, so you may need a moment to spot him—his head barely peeks over the desk. Take the tour with him; he’ll show you the Peaceful Meadow and Dazzling Beach halls.
