Lego Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight — full walkthrough of the side quest “Falcone’s Estate”

After meeting Catwoman, Batman realizes her skills can’t be ignored—and they share a powerful enemy: Falcone. To take down this crime boss in Lego Batman: Legacy Of The Dark Knight, Batman and Catwoman must team up for a small joint heist.

To help Batman finish all the clever side quests in the “Falcone’s Estate” mission, here’s everything you need to know, including tips and hints for each puzzle, plus the locations of keys and cats to pet along the way.


Completing the “Falcone’s Estate” Side Quest

After finishing the story missions “Mim”, “Penguin”, “Flugelheim”, and “Joker” with Catwoman, and reaching the start of Chapter 3, the “Falcone’s Estate” quests become available. Each heist begins by smashing the window glass to sneak in (after petting the cat outside!). Once inside, search for puzzle items and smash everything you can for studs and possibly restorable objects.

Besides studs, your rewards include WayneTech chips, costumes, and the final golden skill brick.

The first “Falcone’s Estate” side quest is simply to fetch something for a friend—it’s hardly a heist… Honest, Batman.

Newtown Apartment

  • Save

  • Use Batman’s grappling hook to pull the bookshelf.
  • Lift the blue book and place it on the blue stack beneath the owl painting.
  • In the bedroom, use the whip to open the hatch and launch the cat.
  • Press the button next to the pig painting to open the passage.
  • Whip the sculptures to match the image behind them.
  • Take the orange book and put it on the orange stack under the pig painting.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape (after trying the jacuzzi).

Old Gotham, North Apartment

  • Save

  • Push the TV away from the wall to reveal a gap where a handle should be.
  • Find the handle in the adjacent bedroom on a small bookshelf.
  • Pull the handle to open the secret bookshelf.
  • Whip the statue until you can grab the key.
  • Use the key on the door lock.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Old Gotham, South Apartment 1

  • Save

  • Blow up the cans to expose the whip spot, then whip to open the roof.
  • Whip the wall screws and the central reel to open the door.
  • Use Batman’s X‑ray vision to trace the cable to the painting.
  • Break the painting and press the button.
  • Break the vase left of the door to find the handle.
  • Take the handle from the next room and insert it into the mechanism.
  • Rotate each statue to face its matching display case.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Trikorner Apartment

  • Save

  • Push the bookshelf away from the wall with Batman.
  • Use “Call Cat” to slip through the small door.
  • Take the key from the table and give it to Catwoman.
  • Open the door with the key.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Old Gotham, South Apartment 2

  • Save

  • Four red books are scattered around the apartment.
  • Enter the second room.
  • Pick up the red book with the queen symbol from the floor.
  • Place it on the bookshelf next to the pawn painting.
  • Have Batman push the bookshelf.
  • Let the cat pass through the small door behind the bookshelf.
  • Jump to reach the second small door and enter the locked room.
  • Press the button.
  • Enter the secret room.
  • Arrange the books in order: Queen – I, Knight – II, Castle – III, Pawn – IV.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Foundry, South of the Cauldron

  • Save

  • Neutralize the enemies inside without raising an alarm.
  • Press the button next to the first‑floor door.
  • Enter and grab the key card.
  • Insert it into the panel on the locked door.
  • Head upstairs.
  • Use explosive spray on the brick wall.
  • Silently take out the remaining guard.
  • Break everything to find a small picture and examine it.
  • Smash the file cabinets to locate the orange book.
  • Place the orange book on the bookshelf to activate the whip reel.
  • Rotate the painting to match the clue.
  • Take the key card from the table.
  • Insert it into the downstairs door.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Old Gotham, West Office

  • Save

  • Sneak in and eliminate the guards.
  • One of them will drop a key card.
  • In the lower office, push the bookshelf to open the cat door.
  • Send the cat to press the button.
  • Use X‑ray vision to trace the cable through the wall.
  • Break the vase.
  • Press the button.
  • Collect the key card.
  • Use both key cards on the stairwell door.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Newtown Office

  • Save

  • Destroy all the computers on the tables and find the key on the right.
  • Ask Batman to use the grappling hook to pull down the panel above you.
  • Whip the reel to open the hatch, cut the glass, and enter the secret room.
  • Press the button and let Batman in.
  • Use ultraviolet vision to follow the clues: the tie on one wall, the money symbols on another, the golf club on the next.
  • Enter the kitchen area left of the entrance and push the cabinet away from the wall.
  • Lift the clue and place it in the third slot of the secret room.
  • Take the key and open the room further left.
  • Lift the money‑symbol clue and place it in the first slot.
  • Use “Call Cat” in the now‑open office to climb up and slip through the vent.
  • Lift the third clue and place it in the second slot.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Old Gotham, South

  • Save

  • Requires Batgirl
  • Hack the panel to gain entry.
  • Hack the interior cameras to disable them.
  • As Catwoman, cut the glass to sneak in.
  • As Batman, push the panel away from the wall.
  • As Batgirl, pilot the drone through the vent, avoiding lasers.
  • At the end of the vent, scan the board with the drone to obtain the code.
  • Enter the code on the panel.
  • Talk to the Riddler.
  • Avoid the lasers (if you’re hit, press the button to reset).
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Old Gotham, West Apartment

  • Save

  • Use “Call Cat” to go through the vent.
  • Find another vent in the room and slip through it.
  • Jump to reach the second vent and enter the locked room.
  • Jump over the boxes to dodge the lasers.
  • Press the button.
  • As Catwoman, move through the lasers.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Foundry, South of the Cauldron (Second Visit)

  • Save

  • Sneak in, silently taking out enemies and cameras.
  • At the far end, locate the brick wall and use explosive spray.
  • Eliminate the guard inside.
  • Break everything to uncover a clue.
  • The clue reads “YO12”.
  • Head downstairs and find the YO12 block.
  • Talk to the Ratcatcher.
  • Pass through the vent.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Mile End Road, East End Office

  • Save

  • Silently eliminate the guards.
  • Enter the kitchen and push the panel away from the wall.
  • Slip through the vent and take out the guard.
  • Disable the cameras.
  • Enter the opposite room to find the Seasoned Scarecrow in a cage.
  • Use “Call Cat” to go through the hatch.
  • Jump onto the table and grab the key card.
  • Insert the key card into the door.
  • Cut the glass to retrieve the trophy.
  • Collect the remaining trophies from the main and side offices.
  • Place them on the pedestals.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

Mile End Road, East End Apartment

  • Save

  • Break the lock on the left to open the whip spot.
  • Whip the reel to reach the kitchen.
  • Hack the fridge and take the key card.
  • Press the wall button to open the door.
  • Insert the key card into the slot opposite.
  • Use X‑ray vision to trace the cable outside.
  • Break the flower pot and press the button.
  • Disable the cameras.
  • In the bedroom, push the cat tree toward the vent.
  • Use “Call Cat” to slip through.
  • Press the button.
  • Grab the key card.
  • Insert it into the slot.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Escape!

“Iceberg Lounge” in Trikorner

  • Save

  • Talk to Sofia Falcone.
  • Push the cart on the left.
  • Take the battery from the right slot and place it in the left slot.
  • Avoid the lasers.
  • Use “Call Cat” to go through the vent.
  • Jump and dodge the boxes.
  • Meow to distract, then press the button.
  • Jump back and run along the beam to the blocked area.
  • Press the button.
  • Return to Catwoman.
  • Use “Call Cat” to pass through the now‑open door left of the previous one.
  • Enter and pick up the key card.
  • Pull the bookshelf in the Cobblepot office.
  • The code is 514.
  • Hack the safe.
  • Talk to Sofia Falcone.
  • Escape!
