While exploring the city on the second day, you may come across a wandering girl who asks you to fix their dog. In this guide, we will explain where to find the dog and how to free it from the cage.
How to Start the Task
After the start of the second day, head towards Isidor Bukhar’s house to explore his study for clues. On the way, you will meet a girl who asks the doctor to help her sick dog. The children tried to feed it, but it refused to eat. Agree to help and head to the southern part of the warehouses.
How to Help the Prisoner
Enter the premises through the back entrance. Inside, there will be a spacious area with a huge cage on the right, surrounded by a crowd of children. Among them are a boy, a girl, and their leader, Ataman Notkin.
In the cage, there will be a real child with a dog mask, known as the dog-headed boy. Talk to Ataman and agree to bring Kaspar Kain, the main leader of the beast gang, to him. At this point, you have two choices — go directly to Kaspar or visit Saburov at the police station to find out the circumstances.
If you choose the second option, Saburov will just shrug and say that he cannot oppose the children until they do something terrible, so go to the Kain mansion in the main square on the left side of the city.
Upon arriving at the right point, turn right and talk to the guy sitting near the door. Tell Han about the trouble and go with him to the other children.
Once again inside the warehouse, interact with the children nearby and make an exchange of prisoners — Kaspar will sit in the cage instead of the dog-headed boy. This concludes the first ending of the quest.
As a reward for the rescue, the dog-headed boy will tell you about the location of special colored lanterns. To do this, talk to him near the exit from the warehouse and choose the options that talk about the Bachelor’s past: “They called me different things at school too…”. For this, you will be able to issue a new special decree on the planning table in the Pool.
