Tian Wen, the arms dealer and expert from Speranza, works with plenty of people in Arc Raiders, though not always in the open or with official approval. Dodger is one of her contacts, but he hasn’t been heard from in a long time.
In Speranza, radio silence usually means one of two things: betrayal or death topside. Tian Wen is still waiting for the “Bastion” cell she paid for, so it’s time to head to the Blue Gate and find out what happened to Dodger.

For this job Tian Wen wants you to complete every objective in a single run, starting at the Blue Gate. Your first stop is the transport tunnels, located under the checkpoint in the center of the map.
Watch out for “Bastion” or “Bombardier” units that spawn outside and at the entrance, especially if “Hornets” or “Fireflies” are in the area.
Slip past the guard posts into the tunnels and dodge the swarms of Pop-Rollers and Fireballs while you push to the far corner of the left-hand tunnel, where debris and pallets are piled high.

Hop over and duck into the very back corner; inside a grated container you’ll spot orange crates. Interact to search them, then step back fast to avoid the blast.
With the first objective done, your next stop is Pilgrim’s Peak. It’s an easy trip from the tunnels: slip through the small gap in the middle of the zone, climb the rope, then take either side staircase into the super-structure and vault over the building’s edge.
Watch for “Shredders”; they now spawn on every map and sometimes appear in the transport tunnels or on the staircase landing.
Make your way to the big antenna behind the main building. You can either ride the rope to the very top and drop through the broken section of grating, or simply jump off the rope onto the sealed lower platform of the antenna.
Between the tall red consoles on the right side of the platform you’ll find a small living area with a yellow duffel. Search it to pick up the quest item “Dodger’s Note” required for the final objective.
Stash it in your safe pocket if you have one, then head back to Speranza and talk to Tian Wen in her shop. You’ll earn XP, the “Gothic Graffiti” colorway for the Aviator suit, and two weapon mods: Extended Medium Mag III and Suppressor II.
