The quest “Restart the Elixir Factory” in Crimson Desert takes you to Arboria Castle, where you must defeat the Spider Queen and restore production to brew the perfect elixir. It is a mission for House Celesta and only becomes available during the relevant quest chain in Chapter 3, after completing other tasks for this house in Hernand.

Boss Fight: Spider Queen
Save
The Spider Queen can only be encountered inside Arboria Castle after activating the House Celesta quest. With proper gear the fight is straightforward: arrows help clear the smaller spiders, while the Queen herself spends much of the battle clinging to the walls.
She relies on powerful poison attacks and fills the arena with toxic clouds, but if you have plenty of food the encounter will feel easier than many previous trials.
Defeating her rewards the “Queen’s Fang,” an Abyss core that can be socketed into your weapon to add poison damage to your Thrust—one of the most effective abilities in the game.
Inside the castle, search the rooms until you find a safe. If you’ve never seen this type of puzzle before, you need to align the lines on the rods with the base of the mechanism so they form one straight line. Use the switches at the bottom to adjust them. Inside you’ll find silver and instructions for the next stage of the quest.
Restarting the Factory
Save
After the Queen is dead and the castle is cleared of spiders, you can restart the factory. Head down to the lower level where the machinery is located.
First, kick the machine at the start of the hall using the interact key and the kick button (L1+Triangle/Y on a controller). A small panel with a yellow marker is right next to it.
Follow the remaining steps to bring the machinery online: collect the oil barrels (through the arch on the left), activate the crusher, and raise the lift. The process is simple until you reach the actual brewing stage.
Save
You’ll be asked to brew the perfect elixir. Use a 4:1 ratio—four parts yellow ingredient to one part red—to produce a yellow elixir. This completes the quest.
The elixirs themselves don’t provide immediate benefits, but finishing this mission unlocks Arboria Castle as a dispatch location for your Graymane recruits.
