Nissa’s cargo is being held at “Storage A,” the depot just behind your ship in the spaceport. The door is access-controlled and only opens for authorized personnel.

There are two ways in: swipe a UC Security keycard or sweet-talk the technician.

Ship technician Emin Makar usually hangs around Storage A. Chat him up and pick the [Persuade] option. Pass the persuasion check and he’ll pop the door. Fail, and you’ll need the keycard.

The United Colonies Security office sits across from the Viewport bar. Head inside, slip into the staff area, and check the locker room. A forgotten keycard is lying on one of the benches.

Inside Storage A, look for a yellow cargo container with Nissa’s package. Grab it and head back to the bartender. You’ll pocket some credits and a “Supernova” cocktail that grants, for 5 minutes:
