In Resident Evil Requiem, players can level up Grace’s crafting skills and increase the number of items created using blood sample analysis. In this detailed guide, you will learn where to find the analysis system, how to collect blood samples, and how to correctly conduct the analysis to improve the character’s abilities.
Where to find the analyzer
The device for blood analysis can be found in two rehabilitation center rooms: in the hematology room on the first floor of the east wing and in the office on the second floor of the west wing.
Blood Sample #1 (Denaturation)
The first blood sample is located on the table right next to the blood analyzer in the hematology room. You need to place the blood sample into the analyzer. After that, on the computer, you will be presented with a puzzle to solve.
The first puzzle is simple: you just need to click on the gray cube a little to the left of the center of the screen.
For solving this puzzle, you will gain the ability to craft pistol cartridges and hemolitic injectors, which allow you to covertly eliminate monsters.
Blood Sample #2 (Convergence)
On normal difficulty, Blood Sample “Convergence” is located in a chamber connected to the waiting room in the eastern wing. You can only access this room once you’ve obtained the first-level access bracelet.
On “Insanity” difficulty, this sample is found in the archive department in the eastern wing.
The solution to the puzzle looks like this:

- Press the second cube at the end of the chain on the right – the gray cubes will turn into red spheres;
- Then press the cube to the left of the center screen, which is connected to two other cubes – the remaining cubes will become spheres.

After analyzing this sample, Grace will be able to create standard injectors and 12.7x55mm cartridges for the Requiem revolver.
Blood Sample #3 (Reversibility)
The third blood sample is located in the same hematology office as the first, but behind the first-level access door. In the room, you will find an empty injector and the sample.
The solution to the puzzle is as follows:

- First, press the leftmost cube;
- Then on the cube diagonally from it, in the center of the screen;
- Press on the rightmost cube;
- In the last step, press on the cube below diagonally from the center, slightly to the left of the rightmost cube.

With this test, Grace will get the opportunity to create stabilizers and steroids – permanent improvements to her stats.
Test #4 (Polymerization)
This test is exclusive for the insane difficulty level. It will appear in the same chamber as the second test on normal difficulty.
Here you again need to solve a puzzle:

- First, press on the middle cube on the left line of cubes;

- Then on the middle cube on the right line of cubes, directly opposite the previous one;

- Press on the middle cube on the lower chain of three cubes.
