In Life Is Strange: Reunion, there are several achievements that are easy to miss if you don’t explore the world and focus only on the main tasks. How to prevent the graffiti from being erased and get the achievement

The “Bucket Trial” achievement can be obtained in the “Class Act” chapter, where Max teaches students to photograph strangers on the square. After the initial cutscene, you’ll be able to freely explore the location.

Approach the scaffolding to the right of the starting point. Near it, you’ll see graffiti in red paint. If you interact with it, it will attract the attention of the janitor, who will start to amusingly wash it away to the rhythm of a dance. Enjoy the spectacle, and then get ready to undo his work.

Use the time rewind ability to return to the moment before interacting with the graffiti. Look at the ground nearby – there will be a bucket that you can interact with to move it. Don’t worry that the janitor will notice you – he’s dancing on the main path nearby and is clearly absorbed in his business. While he’s distracted, move the bucket, and then interact with the graffiti again.

When the janitor comes to erase the drawing again, he’ll start his dance ritual and accidentally knock over the bucket. Without the soapy water, he won’t be able to remove the graffiti, and your mission will be accomplished as discreetly as possible.

Immediately after this scene, you’ll receive the “Bucket Trial” achievement. If you missed it during your first playthrough, you can always use the “Scene Selection” option in the main menu, select the “Class Act” chapter, and unlock it. This also works for other missable achievements in the game.
