Corporal Brennan can be found in Crooked Teeth, at the location “Trans-Lunar Penitentiary,” north of the “Ellie’s Garage” fast-travel point.
Alternative route: enter “Speakeasy” and use the southern portal, which teleports you right outside the boss room.
Corporal Brennan is a mech whose first health bar is a shield (blue), so use shock and radiation weapons.
The second bar is armor (yellow). To burn through it quickly, switch to corrosive or cryo damage.
