  • Colonel Crash is located inside DNC Feuermann, but the fastest farm route is to warp to the “Maelstrom” fast-travel station.
  • Once you load in, turn around and take the exit door to Whispering Glacier.
  • Now face the Maelstrom again. On the left side of the door you’ll spot a purple rift that ports you straight to the boss door.
  • This is miles faster than using the DNC Feuermann fast-travel node in the bottom-right corner of the map.
  • During the fight watch out for the adds he spawns and his short-range incendiary attacks.
  • Colonel Crash’s first bar is shields (blue), so bring shock or rad weapons.
  • His second bar is health (red); swap to incendiary for the fastest kill.

Legendary item Type Special effect
Bloody Moon Legendary Re-Packed set, Order Shattered Vial—restores health equal to the damage of the last 5 hits you took within the past 4 s.
Bleeding Legendary Vladof sniper rifle Black Death—deals more damage the farther the target is.

Bleeding is a fun novelty sniper for the collection, but use it only for long-range pot-shots. The distance-scaling bonus means it’s awful from the hip, and many boss arenas are tight quarters, so its usefulness is limited.

Bloody Moon is another legendary Re-Packed set. While it doesn’t do much upfront, the ability to heal for the damage of your last five hits can yank you back from the brink. Still, the effect is less reliable than other sets that give you real buffs alongside the healing.
