Enter the small room and immediately turn 180 degrees.
A cluster of spears on the wall includes the Tommaso Guard Spear you’re looking for.

Return to the arena center where you fought Lord Stag.
Go north behind his throne, climb the stairs, and turn right across the bridge.
Follow the path to a dead end with a small hole low in the wall.
Crouch, then break the wooden planks with Palm Strike (R3).
Inside you’ll find a chest containing the Leather Cloak of the Fallen Kingdom.

The rapier is in the same room as the cloak chest.
It leans against a barrel to the left of the chest.
If you don’t see it at once, check the floor—it may have fallen. Look for a slim, pointed blade.
Important: only Damian can wield this rapier. If you don’t plan to play as him, the item is useless.
Don’t forget to activate the Abyss fast-travel node in the ruins so you can return later.
